What do I need to do after I purchase DocumentMall?DocumentMall Certificate
You or your sales representative will receive via email Registration certificate(s) and a link to a registration form.

The registration form captures all necessary information required to create the DocumentMall account including an account name and administrator email address as well as product codes and serial numbers.

Upon completion of the registration form, the account is created and an email is immediately sent to the account administrator. The email contains a link to the account and login credentials.

How do I Register my account?
Go to Registration Form and type in the MIU code and serial number in the appropriate boxes,and submit the form for processing. (Click Here to access the Registration Form)

What is the account name?
Your account name must be a minimum of 4 to 10 characters alpha or numeric with no spaces.

What is the Administrator?
The administrator is the main contact for DocumentMall account and the person that will receive account credentials and all official notices. It is important that a correct email address be provided for the administrator.

Where do I get the MIU and Serial Number?
The MIU and Serial Number are provided on the DocumentMall Registration Certificate.

What if I received multiple certificates?
Complete the Registration form, and include all the MIU codes and Serial Numbers located on the certificates on the same form and submit it.

How do I register multiple account packages for the purpose of extending the account for multiple years?
Examples include combining 2 one-year account packages for a 2 year account, or a combination of one-year and three-year account packages for a 5 Year account.

When combining multiple account packages for the purpose of extending the service term, it is important that you first register only 1 of the account packages by completing the online registration form. Upon completion of the registration form, the account is created, and you will receive an email containing your account credentials. Next, follow steps 1-4 below:
Step 1: Login to DocumentMall (Administrator(s) only)
Step 2: From the Directory Tree, click Administration then click Account Settings
Step 3: The Account Settings page displays information entered on the registration page. Click on the View/Add Registered Products link to add new products and options.
Step 4:
- Select the MIU from the drop-down list that corresponds with the MIU code found on the DocumentMall resource CD for the additional product/options.
- Enter the serial number displayed on the DocumentMall resource CD
- Indicate when you want the product/option acitivated by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down list
- Click Register Selected Product to complete the process. The page updates and displays new products added to the account.
   Important
- Add Product After Previous Package Expires - renews or extends your existing service

How do I Register a Machine Multifunctional printer to scan to DocumentMall?
Step 1: Login to DocumentMall (Administrator(s) only)
Step 2: From the Directory Tree, click Administration then click Machines to launch the Machines page.
Step 3: The Machines page displays all machines, if any, that are registered to your account. Click New Machine to add a new MFP.
Step 4: Enter the serial numbers for your machine and MFP Browser.
The MFP Browser serial number is located on the back of the DocumentMall resource CD. To obtain the MFP serial number, press the User Tools/Counter button on your MFP, then select Counter and Print Counter list. The machine serial number is saved on the printed list.
Step 5: Click Save once you have entered all the information. The new MFP is now registered.
To confirm successful registration, login to DocumentMall from the MFP by pressing the scan button and DocumentMall. Select the Login button from the DocumentMall Welcome Screen and enter your DocumentMall user name, password, and account name. You are now ready to scan documents directly to DocumentMall.

How do I Add Additional Products to My Existing Account?
Step 1: Login to DocumentMall (Administrator(s) only)
Step 2: From the Directory Tree, click Administration then click Account Settings
Step 3: The Account Settings page displays information entered on the registration page. Click on the View/Add Registered Products link to add new products and options.
Step 4:
- Select the MIU from the drop-down list that corresponds with the MIU code found on the DocumentMall resource CD for the additional product/options
- Enter the serial number displayed on the DocumentMall resource CD
- Indicate when you want the product/option acitivated by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down list
- Click Register Selected Product to complete the process. The page updates and displays new products added to the account.
   Important
- Add Product Today - adds more storage to your existing service
- Add Product After Previous Package Expires - renews or extends your existing service.

How do I schedule Professional Services?
Register the professional services certificates along with any other DocumentMall services you purchase on the DocumentMall registration page.  Once professional services packages have been registered, a DocumentMall professional services representative will contact you to discuss your account and schedule professional services.
