  DocumentMall Office Plug-in

The DocumentMall Office Plug-in is a convenient feature that provides Microsoft Office users the ability to perform basic DocumentMall functions from within their Microsoft Office 2007 or higher versions for Word, PowerPoint or Excel applications.  Users can now login to their DocumentMall account directly from the office plug-in and do the following:

  • Users can login and perform basic DocumentMall functions directly from their Office application.

 View or Check Out Document

  • Edit a checked-out file and upload back into DocumentMall as a new Minor version.

  • Saved files can be uploaded directy from the office appliation.
  •  Files can be quickly and easily indexed prior to upload.

  Perform Text and Advanced Document Search

  • Located files are displayed and can downloaded for viewing or editing.

The DocumentMall Office Plug-in is supported by Micorsoft XP and 7 Pro operating systems.
